The Triangle Hokies Alumni Chapter is a non-profit organization comprised of Alumni of Virginia Tech in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina. This chapter engages in philanthropic ventures throughout the region while also fundraising to help pay for an annual scholarship given to a student from this region as they attend Virginia Tech.

Originally founded as the Raleigh Hokies Alumni Chapter, this chapter has its roots going all the way back to the 1970s, with many iterations coming along the way, with the most recent getting going around 1995 as the Research Triangle Park Virginia Tech Alumni Chapter. This iteration has the proud honor of being one of the first Alumni Chapters of any school to have an online presence, with this site being able to trace its roots back to it. Over the years this chapter has seen its membership grow, as the RTP region has seen its population grow significantly. Currently, the Region hosts one of the largest Alumni bases outside the Commonwealth of Virginia, which has also been bolstered by the admittance of Virginia Tech to the Atlantic Coast Conference in 2004, as North Carolina is home to 4 ACC programs, with 3 being located in the Research Triangle Region.

In 2014, in an effort to rebrand the chapter with a new logo as well as a more inclusive name to the region, the chapter was renamed to the Triangle Hokies Alumni Chapter, with a new logo being unveiled.
